Based upon declining COVID cases, Austin Civic Wind Ensemble will begin rehearsals at the Covenant United Methodist Church on March 1 at 7:30. Attendance at rehearsals are optional based upon your comfort level. Members who attend rehearsals do so understanding the risk of exposure to COVID. If a member does not feel well, we strongly encourage the member to stay home and not attend band rehearsal that night.

  If you choose to attend the rehearsals, please make sure that you bring the following items with you to rehearsal:

• COVID immunization card – board members will be checking member cards to make sure that members are fully immunized.
• A mask – Members will be required to wear a mask when they are not in their rehearsal area.
• A towel for brass members to wipe up moisture.
• Your instrument, a pencil, and music if you have picked up the music for the Spring season.
